End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User")

and the author of this software ("mse pro software") for the software product known as

"Ultimate Multi Terminal" ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the

terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software is licensed, not sold.

The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install

and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on a single machine or device

per license, unless otherwise explicitly permitted by the Author in writing.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or share the Software

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, security, or protection mechanisms

• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding

• Use the Software as part of another commercial product or service without written consent

3. OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual

property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Author.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.

4. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

The Author expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory,

including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a

particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT

LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data

• Device or hardware damage

• Firmware corruption

• Network or configuration errors

• Business interruption

• Loss of profits or revenue

• System downtime

Even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. HIGH-RISK USE DISCLAIMER

The Software is NOT designed, tested, or certified for use in life-critical, safety-

critical, medical, military, aviation, or regulated environments.

Use of the Software in such environments is entirely at the User’s own risk.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

The Author may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any

term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and

destroy all copies in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

Author’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the

Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By installing, running, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This application is a next-generation multi-protocol terminal environment designed to replace traditional tools like Tera Term, PuTTY, RealTerm, Hercules, and SecureCRT. It unifies Serial, TCP, UDP, Telnet, and Virtual COM Ports into a single modern interface with dashboards, scripting, automation, logging, plotting, and drag-and-drop operations.

User Guide — Serial Terminal

Serial terminals provide full control over physical and virtual COM ports.

1. Click Refresh Ports

2. Select a COM port or virtual port

3. Choose baud rate

4. Select flow control or apply a device profile

5. Click Open Serial

Creating a virtual pair named PAIR1 generates:
